Every Saturday - 7am - Rain or shine.

All F3 events are free and open to all men. If this is your first time, simply show up at the time and place and join us. Be prepared to sweat! We look forward to meeting you.

Our current workout involves... RUCKING!
Please bring a backpack loaded with the amount of weight you are comfortable carrying for about 45 minutes.  Gloves or other hand protection are also encouraged for the pushups/workout afterwards.
